John Bryant State Park and Clifton Gorge Hike, 4/30/11

Join Dick Munson on Saturday, April 30 for a visit to John Bryan State Park and the adjoining Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve overlooking the Little Miami River Gorge. The U.S. Department of the Interior has designated the Little Miami River Gorge as a National Natural Landmark. Featured:100 different trees, 340 species of wildflowers and 90 different varieties of birds. Dick is the manager of the conservatory on the Miami University Hamilton campus.

Meet in the southwest side of the old Wal-Mart parking lot on South Locust Street, just to the north of McDonalds in Oxford at 7:00am on Saturday, April 30 to carpool or caravan. Bring a sack lunch. We should be back in Oxford by early afternoon.
